About me

I was born in Denmark and moved to Australia in 1991 when I married a Wimmera farmer. I have three adult children.

 

I started my craniosacral journey in 2015, gaining my Diploma of Craniosacral Therapy with the Craniosacral Therapy Academy of Australia in 2017.

I have since done extensive post-graduate training in Australia, Denmark and Finland.

 

I am trained in both the ‘mechanical’ and biodynamic approach, and I use both in my treatment sessions. Depending on the client and the challenges they come to see me about, the treatment will be totally individual.

 

In 2023 & 2024 I was fortunate to learn from the very skilled biodynamic teacher Niklas Patursson in Denmark.

 

I have a deep passion for craniosacral therapy, and I enjoy furthering my studies and continue my learning.

 

Recently I have become a certified NADA practitioner, having studied with NADA Europe, National Acupuncture Detoxification Association Denmark. I am very excited to add this to my treatment sessions.

 

I trained in connective tissue / fascia treatments for arms, shoulders, neck and infrahyoid (strap) muscles, in 2023 in Denmark, with the Institute of Body Therapy. This fits so naturally into the craniosacral work.
